Online Sessions

The service offers online sessions, flexibly applied (the number of sessions can be negotiated with your therapist, a series of 6 sessions is usually offered), with expert signposting to longer term support and liaison with other health services where needed. Treatment interventions are tailored to the individual in the context of a supportive relationship. This can facilitate greater understanding by the doctor of their presenting difficulties, enabling them to regain greater control of their situation.

Ongoing Confidential

Sessions are strictly confidential between you and your therapist. DocHealth Independent does not hold clinical notes
